Balance room, restaurant and bar work daily. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.
Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily
Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
Greet, anticipate and address guest’s service needs
Manage nightly hotel operations
Verify revenue from all sources is accurately balanced, follow up on any discrepancies
Perform end-of day procedures
Prepare daily reports for departments and departmentheads
Income journal entry
Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in customer service, with a strong computer skills background
Experience in Night Audit with an accounting background is preferred
Must able to communicate and read english
Must be detail oriented
Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
Must be a team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently
Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
Previous Hotel Experience preferred
